When you want a break and to get away you tell people! leave me alone and go. They then know you’re gone but when you’re at a breaking point is usually the time you need support. Most people’s breaking points include self harm or harm to other people. When people go missing the most crucial time to find them is in the first 24 hours. NOT 24 hours sometime later.
